Salon terms and conditions

Please be aware that by making an appointment you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions laid out in the following document. Pinkies reserves the right to cancel or delay shorten or change treatments were reasonably necessary due to the effects of any of the provisions below.


Please arrive at your appointment on time if you are running late for any reason please let us know as soon as possible, if you are late we may be unable to honour your booking, or your treatment time may need to be reduced if we have scheduled appointments after yours. If your therapist is running late they will notify you at the earliest possible time. Should you be too late for your appointment to be carried out you will be subject to a late cancelation fee.

Treat cards

Unfortunately due to the ever increasing rise in costs, we are having to adjust the way we reward you. We don’t want to lose treats completely so I have come up with a way keep rewards in place.

From July 2023, points will no longer be issued or redeemable against services. Treat card points will however be available to collect on products and points redeemable against products.

We will still be performing treats on services through May and June.

Treat cards currently have no "monetary" value but we understand how disappointed you will all be, and want to find a way to reimburse you for your points left remaining.

For those that cannot fit in their treat points before July 1st we will provide gift vouchers for you. The vouchers will be given to you during July we will be working through one person at at time so please be patient with us. These will be worked out on the following basis,

500 points = £5 

Anything under won’t be eligible for a voucher, vouchers will be given in £5 denominations 1 available per visit.

Vouchers have 6 months until they expire.

Late Cancellations (within the 24 hours before your appointment) - No Show


If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment please give us 24 hours advanced notice to ensure you will not be charged for the appointment. If 24 hours or less notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot you will be charged as per the table below, you may be asked to pay a deposit for future bookings if you have not shown up for a previous appointment.

No shows or late cancellations within the 24 hours before appointment.

No shows make up a lot of lost revenue, we email consultation forms and reminders to ensure you have enough notice to reschedule should you need to.

If its your first no show or late cancelation = 50% of the treatment price, up to a maximum of £15

The second and any further no shows or late cancelations will be full price, with a maximum of £35.




Once a product has been sold we are able to provide a refund if the product had a security seal which is left on unopened. However on products without this seal we we cannot provide a refund due to personal hygiene and safety reasons. If there is a fault with the product we can send it back to the manufacturer for review. If you have a received a service you are unhappy with please let us know at the time of your service so we can complete the treatment to your requirements. If you don't for some reason notice in the salon that you weren't happy with your treatment please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange to rebook you in at the earliest possible time so you may have this service done again. If you have booked training with us once training is paid for that has secured your date dates are non-transferable once booked however if we are unable to provide your training on the date agreed by both student and pinkies, then we will reschedule for a date that suits you. If you feel your training was below standard please detail in your training review sheet at the end of your training and someone will get back to you within 7 days. 




Deposits are non refundable and once paid non transferable once booked dates or times cannot be moved.

Treatment Courses

When you purchase a course of treatments, you will need to use these monthly unless advised by your therapist, any treatments that fall outside of these terms will be lost.

Money on Account

Any money held by us will be lost if not used on a treatment in 6 months.

Personal belongings


Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times and leave any valuable items at home. Pinkies except no responsibility for your personal belongings.


Staff illness


In the event one of our staff members falls ill we will notify you at the earliest possible time. We will do our upmost to still provide your treatment that same day with another member of staff, if this isn't possible we will reschedule for the next possible appointment.




While we endeavour to keep our website and pricelist updated, treatments and prices are subject to change without warning all treatment prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Training prices exclude VAT should you wish to have a price including VAT please contact us and we will tell you the final cost of your training course.


Vouchers are valid from the date of purchase and are valid for 6 months, outside of that date they will expire, date of voucher is on receipt of purchase.

Laser discount special offer 2023

First treatment full price then 50% off all further cheaper sessions when completed in the same day. Also applies to course bookings.




Unfortunately we do not allow dogs in the salon unless they are Assistance dogs.

Sarah Nuthall reflexology

Sarah offers her own vouchers and doesn't currently except pinkies vouchers.

Tishe Lashes

Tishe does currently except pinkies vouchers.
